WHAT IS EQUALLY IMPORTANT AS MONGOLIA IS SOUTH MONGOLIA.
99% of
China¡¯s rear earth production comes from Bayan Obo Mine in South
Mongolia. China has nothing to do with rare earth but by occupying
South Mongolia, China is playing number one country of rare earth
production, which is not true. South Mongolia is the number
onecountry for rare earth production. In return, China is giving a
lethal air and ground pollution to South Mongolia. In order to get
out of these outrageous ill-willed Chinese occupation of South
Mongolia by Chinese Communist Party, Secretary General of Federation
of Free Mongolia Party, Daichin Olhunuud has written the attached
speech for an International Conference. The Secretary General gave
us a permission to publish his speech prior to his official
presentation.

1. Our final important goal is the
independence of the South Mongolia region. Of course, This subject
will be discussed regarding true value, freedom, human rights,
governing by democratic rule of law, within the framework of
international law. History taught us that there is no choice for
South Mongolians future but self-determination and independence.
That is, in any society, unless people themselves win own
self-determination and independence, the peoples¡¯ true freedom,
human rights, equality will not be guaranteed. With our unyielding
effort, our continent will become democratized, and further,
different from 100 years ago, there will be no mass murders and we
can stand on an equal playing field and we can envision Mongolians
future and destiny. This applies to all the 23 million people in
South Mongolia, including South Mongolians. These 23 million people
will decide on their own destiny by themselves. In doing so,
international law and treaties should be applicable to indigenous
people as well. Of course the difference between the host and the
guests must be identified clearly.
Since Chinese Communist Party took
over the political power, Mongolians in South Mongolia have been
committed suicide because there is no place to go, tortured or
massacred, brain washed in many activities. Since our native country
has been invaded by Chinese Communist Party, our culture has been
decimated and marginalized, natural resources have been plundered,
our environment have been destroyed and these trend have been
exacerbating. Since our South Mongolian Autonomous Region was
selected as China¡¯s ¡°Model Autonomous Region¡± in 1958, Chinese
Communist Party use our South Mongolian as their showcase of
successful application of the ethnic cleansing technique. Chinese
Communist Party used this technique obtained by cleansing South
Mongolian to Uyghur and Tibetans ruthlessly. In 90s, Communist Party
are applying or will be applying this basic cleansing techniques to
Hong Kong. After the new century, Chinese Communist Party will start
applying this technique to Taiwan also. If there is no international
sanctions, Chinese Communist Party¡¯s expansive invasion will engulf
entire world.
2. We respect and back up Uyghurs
(East Turkistan) principles and its choices. We have been supportive
to Tibetans fight and resistance against Chinese Communist Party. We
recognize them as a compatriot who have been oppressed by Chinese
Communist Party.
3. We also sincerely support Chinese
overseas organizations, including professionals and scholars that
support democratization of China. If possible, for the
democratization of the our continent, we should cooperate and
coordinate closely together. However, we are only supporting
together upon mutual tolerance, understanding and respect. We pray
and expect for the democratization, freedom, respect for human
rights and equalities. At the same time, we must reject Chinese
Communist Party¡¯s Chauvinism and their Great Unification Plan.
We are proud of many overseas
personnel who are fighting for the democratization of our continent.
We are praising their activities and supporting their activities. We
are proud and respectful of those who held a firm principles against
Communist Party¡¯s Great Unification Plan or taking unyielding
position against Communist Party¡¯s bribery strategy to win over
large numbers of people by money. We would like to work together
with these brave people.
We would like to inject one concept
here. Many problems of our continent is not only derived from system
problems nor solely on the Chinese Communist Party¡¯s problem. We
need to consider it as a crash between the deep rooted cultural
environment. For example, many problems facing our South Mongolia
are not originated from the problems started after 1949. A similar
type of problems occurred before that. Therefore, it is very
important to review these basic cultural problems which will lead to
the solution and subsequent democratization of this continent.
4. We the international community,
especially, Europe-USA, Japan and India and other countries should
pay more attention to the violation of human rights problems. While
keeping up economic ties with China, above mentioned countries are
desirous of reflecting basic history and principles of foundation of
their country. Europe-USA, Japan and India and other countries are
desired to apply pressure to Chinese Communist Party observing
Chinese inhumane atrocities against ethnic minorities. We like to
see above countries to apply not limited to economic pressure but
also other various sanctions. Currently, the world is facing against
a gigantic military entity called China. Right now, we are facing an
unprecedented calamity. This large military empire could spread over
entire world and proceeding to destroy entire world! Not only all
the participants of this congress but also each and every one of
citizens are responsible to resist and deny such a gigantic negative
force. Us, the South Mongolians have been experiencing this
formidable force since century ago. Therefore, we know what it is.
Unless we protect ourselves against Chinese expansive colonial
invasions, we will see Hong Kong Autonomous Region, Taiwan
Autonomous Region, Japan Autonomous Region, Philippines Autonomous
Region and others in the future one by one. Therefore, those real
conscientious mass-media fighters, those righteous politicians of
the world are requested to promulgate the real news of this real
threat to the world government, political congress and citizens. I
would like to call for support and understanding among wider area of
audience for support of the above pleas and request. A solidarity
and the united effort of the people attending this congress and the
world citizens with the desire of justice, freedom, human rights and
democracy, will lead us to the final victory of South Mongolia and
other oppressed people and countries. Solidarity and United effort
are the only and final way to win the victory for independence and
freedom.
